December 7 - 13

Happy December!  Hope everyone is finding time to enjoy the Christmas season!

Yesterday we had a great time at ALCC as Christmas at the Movies continued with White Christmas.  If you weren't there you missed the snow!  We had snow machines blow "snow" at the finale of the message as our ushers passed out Hostess Snowballs.  We can't re-create the snow for you but, if you missed the message, you can watch it on our YouTube channel.

Nothing going on through the week at ALCC so spend some time with family!

This Sunday we will have a double feature!  In the AM services we will have the kids join us in the sanctuary for:


We look at The Polar Express and are reminded to Keep Believing, because believing is the key to hearing and seeing the wonders of Christmas! Remember, we can not show clips of the movie on YouTube, so if you're not able to join us in person, you may want to watch the movie with the family before watching our virtual sermon.

Then in the evening, join us again for: 


The kids and crew have been working hard to prepare this musical for us.  This will be an in-person event only, so we hope you can make it.

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

October 26, 2023

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday! Also, this Sunday is Celebration (with Friends) Sunday !  Invite your friends to join us for this
