Hope you're having a blessed week!

This past Sunday, Pastor Troy took a break from Acts for a special Mother's Day message from Psalm 118: Overwhelmed to Overflowing.  You can find a recording of the live-stream on our YouTube channel for this encouraging word that applies to everyone!

Sunday we will return to Pastor Troy's series, ACTS - Power for the Last Days.  Join us at either 9 or 10:45 AM.

If you missed the announcement this past Sunday, VBS prep is now in full swing!  We are looking for volunteers, taking registrations for kiddos, asking for donations and looking for prayer warriors!  You can find information for all these things at our table in the back of the sanctuary or you can donate $$ and register volunteers and participants HERE.  I've also given you a list of donations we need and ways to pray for VBS:

This coming Tuesday, we have Mama Co. at 9:15 AM and The Remnant at 6:30 PM.

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

October 26, 2023

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday!
