A new month starts on Sunday, so here's what's coming up in August:


Sunday, Pastor Troy continues in the book of Acts.  Remember, if you missed any messages they are all available on our website under "Messages".  There you'll find options to watch the entire service - Live Stream, just watch PT's message - Videos, or just listen to the audio of the message - Audio Podcast.  Also, if you need copies of the sermon notes for any week you may have missed, email me at kforston@alccn.org and I'll get those to you!

Next week we will be spending 7 days in corporate Prayer & Fasting.  During this time we will focus our prayer on children, schools and communities as kids return to school.  This Sunday you can also get a new "Prayer Helps" insert for your binder to use this week in your prayer time.

The Remnant men's Bible study meets on Tuesday, August 3, at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall.  Speak to Bill Partridge if you'd like any more information about this group. 

Wednesday, August 4, join us for First Wednesday, our monthly praise and prayer gathering at 6:30 PM in the sanctuary.  You won't want to miss this time of worship and directed prayer.

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

October 26, 2023

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday!
