Tomorrow, September 3rd, is Pastor Troy's birthday!  Don't forget to wish him a happy birthday!



I hope you have a safe and restful holiday weekend!  Don't forget, we will have ONE service this Sunday, September 5 at 10 AM and the church office will be closed on Monday, September 6.

We have a couple events coming up next week.  First, The Remnant men's Bible study meets on Tuesday evening at 6:30 PM.  All men are welcome to attend.

Then on Friday, September 10, Pastor Tyler celebrates his birthday!

Coming up later this month, is the men's golf outing on September 25.  This will be a fun day out on the links with the men of ALCC.  The cost for golf will be $33/person. Tee off at The Bridges Golf Course of Henderson at 11 AM. Teams will be announced at the course.  If you plan to attend, see Bill Partridge on Sunday!

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday!
