Tomorrow, Friday, October 15, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party.  Join the fun in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30 PM.  Kids are welcome to come help with their parents or grandparents, however, childcare will be NOT be provided.  If you need a list of gift suggestions contact the church office today, Thursday, October 14 by 4 PM.

October is Pastor Appreciation Month!

We continue to receive offerings for our pastors.  Be sure to mark your check or envelope "Pastor Appreciation" before you place it in the offering.  You can also give online by selecting the "Pastoral Gifts" fund in the drop down menu, or text the $ amount and the word "Pastors" to 812.205.2623.


Next week, October 19, is the third Tuesday of October.  That means we have both the Mama Co. mom's group at 9:15 AM and the Remnant men's Bible study at 6:30 PM.  Both of these events are open to everyone, so invite the moms and men in your life to attend!

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday!
