Tomorrow, October 29, is Lisa Short's birthday!  Be sure to send her a text or post a "🎉Happy Birthday🥳" on social media! 


At the Movies concludes this Sunday...


You won't want to miss this!  Not only is it the last of the At the Movies it's also Friend Day!  Invite your friends, your family, your neighbors, or even the gas station attendant!  Wear a superhero shirt, and dress up the kids as their favorite superheroes as we finish up this fun month of movies! Remember, "The Lord wants to empower the superhero in you.  It’s your job to activate it.”


Pastor Appreciation Month is coming to a close...

This is the last Sunday we will receive offerings for our pastors.  Be sure to mark your check or envelope "Pastor Appreciation" before you place it in the offering.  You can also give online by selecting the "Pastoral Gifts" fund in the drop down menu, or text the $ amount and the word "Pastors" to 812.205.2623.


November starts on Monday, and here is all that is coming up:




Note that both Mama Co. and The Remnant meets this Tuesday, November 2. Also, First Wednesday is next week on November 3.  So make plans to attend!



The ALCC Missions event, the Global Family Reveal, is right around the corner!  This will be a fun night for the whole family!  Come and learn about the Missionaries we support, the countries they live in, the work they do, even try some of the foods they eat!  Tickets are just $10 per family and are available to purchase at the Hospitality Desk.

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday!
