Hope you are staying cool in this heat!

We have just a few things coming up this week:

Sunday night May 15, is our Young Adult Worship Night.  Anyone 18-30 (ish) is invited to come.  YA Worship is held in the GZ building at 5:30 PM.

Tuesday, May 17, The Remnant men's Bible study meets at ALCC at 6:30 PM.

Thursday, May 19, the Ladies' Prayer Group meets again at 9:30 AM in the ALCC Prayer Room.


Schools are coming to a close and summer is almost here!  You don't want your kids to miss out on all the great things coming up in June so get them registered now!


Kids Camp at Lincoln State Park is June 13-16.  This is for kids ages 7-12 years.  The cost is $105 per child.  You can register and pay HERE.



Monumental VBS is coming the end of June! VBS at ALCC is a fun week of adventure your kids won't want to miss!  Our program is open free of charge to all kids entering Pre-K (3 years old and potty trained) up through those entering 6th Grade this fall.  Use this LINK to register kids AND/OR sign up to volunteer.  Lets make this year's VBS MONUMENTAL!

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

October 26, 2023

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday!
