Hope you are having a great week!  Here's what's coming up at Abundant Life:

On Monday, July 25, everyone is invited to join the ALCC kids at Skate World for Christian Music Night.  Meet at the skating rink at 1300 Fairfield Drive in Evansville from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.  Admission is $5 per person and includes skate rental.  Bring the family and have some fun!


If skating isn't your thing maybe try the Ladies' Book Club!  The women also meet this coming Monday at 6 PM at Archie & Clyde's in Newburgh.  All ladies are welcome to attend.


Don't forget, Sunday, July 31, is Celebration Sunday. This quarterly event is a chance to celebrate all God is doing in our lives with worship, communion, water baptisms, testimonies and baby dedications.  If you'd like to share a testimony, speak to one of the pastors this week.  You can sign up for Water Baptism a the Hospitality Desk in the foyer, and to have your baby dedicated, call the church office at 812.853.3437.

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

October 26, 2023

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday!
