Hope  you had a wonderful 4th of July holiday!


Lots of things coming up at ALCC in the next couple of weeks:

On Saturday, July 8, the Ladies' Book Club is meeting at 10 AM at the home of Michelle Miller.


Also on Saturday is the Pre-K Splash Day

This is a drop off event for all of our little ones at ALCC - but parents are also welcome to stay if they prefer.  Be sure to send them with sunscreen, a towel, & a change of clothes (plus diapers/pullups if necessary).  We'll take care of the rest!


Next Wednesday, July 12, is the ALCC Family Skate night at Skate World.  Bring the whole family and meet at 1300 Fairfield Dr. in Evansville.  It's only $1/person entry and $1.50 for skate rental.  This is NOT a drop off event, this is an event for everyone!


Next Thursday, July 13, the Ladies' Prayer Group meets in the ALCC Prayer Room at 9:30 AM.  All women are welcome to attend!


All you 50 and over, make plans now to attend the Young at Heart Dessert & Game Night on Friday, July 14, in the Fellowship Hall at 6 PM.  Should be a 'sweet' night!


Ladies, next Saturday, July 15, let's bless Kalie Lopez at a Baby Shower.  The shower will be held at the Cobb's event center at 11 State Street in Old Newburgh at 2 PM.  The mama-to-be is registered on Babylist.

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

October 26, 2023

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday!
