This Saturday, August 19, is Pastor Mark and Lisa Short's Wedding Anniversary.  Be sure to wish the happy couple many more years of love and laughter!

Life Groups begin this weekend and next.  If your group meets 1st & 3rd weeks, you'll meet this Sunday, August 20,  at 5:30 PM.  If your group meets 2nd & 4th (like the "I Was Broke. Now I'm Not." group) you'll meet next Sunday, August 27.  ALCC Kids and ALCC Pre-K programs are held every Sunday, so they begin August 20.  If you've signed up for a group and haven't yet heard from a leader, contact Carla Boulware.

Next Wednesday, August 23, the Young at Heart group will resume their monthly luncheon in the Fellowship Hall starting at 11 AM.  Anyone over 50 is welcome to come for a time of singing, a short message or devotional, and a wonderful meal.  

Next Thursday, August 24, the Ladies' Prayer Group meets at 9:30 AM in the ALCC Prayer Room.
