Guys, don't forget the Men's Golf Scramble this Saturday, October 21.  The teams have been made, so if you told Bill Partridge you were coming, please be there.  The scramble begins at 11 AM at The Bridges Golf Course of Henderson.  If you have not spoken with Bill, please let him know if you plan to attend.

The Ladies' Book Club meets on Monday, October 23, at 6 PM.  Join this group at Archie & Clyde's in Newburgh to learn about some good books to read.

Next Wednesday, October 25, is the Young at Heart Luncheon.  Anyone 50 and over is welcome to join Pastor Mark & Lisa in the Fellowship Hall at 11 AM for a good time and some great food.

The Ladies' Prayer Group meets next Thursday, October 26, at 9:30 AM in the ALCC Prayer Room.

Next Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party.  As we learned this past Sunday, these "GO Boxes" will spread the love of Christ around the world and change millions of lives.  You can help fill these boxes at the party in the GZ Building at 6:30 PM.  Also, if you have any donations, be sure to bring them this Sunday!

You still have 2 more Sundays to give towards Pastor Appreciation.  If you give cash or check, be sure to mark your envelope accordingly, or if you choose to give online select the Pastor Appreciation fund.  Also, any cards or notes sharing your love for the pastors can be left at the Hospitality Desk or dropped off at the office during the week.

Be sure to invite your friends to Celebration Sunday: The Friend Day Edition on October 29! I'm sure the staff have some great surprises planned to celebrate your friends that day.  We will also have water baptisms and baby dedications.  If you'd like to be baptized, sign up at the Hospitality Desk or call the church office at 812-853-3437.  If you'd like to have a baby dedicated, call the church office.
