At the Movies continues this Sunday with Safety.  Go ahead and save this picture and text it to invite your friends and family to join us!




Sign up on Sunday to help with the ALCC Christmas Parade Float.  The Newburgh Holiday Light Parade will be Sunday, December 3 at 6 PM.  Our float will be Bethlehem Revisited (on wheels!). We need lots of volunteers to ride/walk with the float in the parade in costumes.  Don't think you can walk the whole route? No problem! We'll have an area by the judges table where you can stay, interact with the crowd, and then join the rest of our villagers when they stop.  If you'd like to help, you can sign up at the table in the back of the sanctuary by the popcorn.



Ladies, get your tickets to the Sister Co. Christmas Soiree this Sunday!  The banquet will be on Tuesday, December 5, at 6:15 PM and the tickets cost $20.


We don't have anything coming up next week due to 🦃Thanksgiving🦃. Hope you enjoy your holiday with family and friends.


Next Sunday, November 26, is the last of the At the Movies series and this one is for the whole family!  Our movie is Pixar's Inside Out and the kids will join us in the sanctuary.  There will not be kids church, but nursery and Pre-k will be available as usual.

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday!
