Happy Leap Day!  Hope you're enjoying your extra day of February. Tomorrow is March First so here is the calendar for the month: Note the events coming up in the next 7 days: The Men's Breakfast is this Saturday at 8:30 AM Pastor Johnathan's Birthday is Monday Tuesday, The Remnant meets at ALCC at 6:30 PM First Wednesday Fasting, Fellowship Meal, and Praise & Prayer Service is next week As you can see above, there will be a Membership Class on Wednesday, March 13.  If you've not yet become a Member of ALCC but are interested, sign up to join the class.  HERE is a link to a digital sign up. Also note that Easter is coming up soon!  Be praying about who you can invite to one of our Easter services and our Easter Egg Hunt.

Be praying for our youth this weekend, February 24 & 25, as they gather for Rendezvous .  This is an opportunity for our young people to get away from home and distractions so that they can meet with God on a new level.  Pray that the students experience the powerful presence of God and that the staff are energized and ready to facilitate that encounter. This Sunday, February 25, is Carla Boulware's Birthday .  She will still be in Florida, but you can still text her a happy birthday or post something on social media!   The Ladies' Book Club meets next Monday, February 26.  All women are welcome to join this group of women at Archie & Clyde's in Newburgh at 6 PM. Wednesday, February 28, is the Young at Heart Luncheon at 11 AM in the Fellowship Hall.  Invite your friends 50 and up to enjoy this fun time of music, food and a whole lot more. Just a couple weeks left on the Diaper Drive .  Pick up some diapers, bring them Sunday and put them in the collection box in

Hope you're having a great week and have been able to enjoy some sunshine! We have a few things coming up next week: The Remnant men's Bible study meets on Tuesday, February 20, at 6:30 PM On Wednesday, February 21, we will be on a Media Fast : no TV, news, social media, video games, scrolling through the internet, etc. Ladies' Prayer Group meets again on Thursday, February 22 in the ALCC Prayer Room We've gotten a lot of donations already that have been picked up, but we are still collecting for the Diaper Drive .  Bring your diapers and leave them in (or near) the collection boxes in the foyer in the main church or in the GZ building. On Saturday, February 24, stop by for a Baby Shower Open House for Victoria Schmitt - a long-distance member of ALCC and daughter of Alan and Diana.  Guys, gals, and kids are welcome to come wish Victoria and hubby, David, congratulations on their soon to arrive bundle of joy.  The event is in the Fellowship Hall from 2 PM until 5 PM.

Guys, don't forget! This Saturday, February 10, is the Men's Breakfast in the Fellowship Hall at 8:30 AM.   Sunday night is Super Bowl  LVIII.  We know many like to host or attend Super Bowl parties, so as a result, we will not have Life Groups this Sunday evening, February 11 , including ALCC Kids programs and childcare.   Coming up Monday Night: Ladies, you won't want to miss this fun night!  Never played? Not a problem! It's an easy game and they'll go over instructions before they begin rolling the dice. The 2nd Wednesday Young at Heart Bible Study starts up again on Valentine's Day, February 14, at 10 AM in the Fellowship Hall.  They will continue the study of Joseph and everyone will receive a special Valentine gift.  Light refreshments will also be available. Next Thursday, February 15, the Ladies' Prayer Group will meet in the ALCC Prayer Room at 9:30 AM. All month long we are partnering with Southwest Indiana Right to Life with a Diaper Drive . 

Don't forget the ALCC Marriage Conference this weekend!  This event is open to the public, so feel free to invite any couples you know that would be blessed by this event.  Also, childcare will be provided at each session. For the month of February, ALCC is partnering with Southwest Indiana Right to Life for a Diaper Drive .  From February 4 through March 3, we are collecting diapers sizes newborn to 6.  The diapers will then be distributed to local Pro-Life Agencies.  Collection boxes will be available in the main church foyer as well as the groundzero building.  Purchase a package of diapers on your next trip to the grocery store and drop them off at church!  You can find out more information and/or make a monetary donation by visiting their website . Next week we have quite a few things coming up: The Remnant men's bible study meets on Tuesday, February 6, at 6:30 PM Our monthly 1st Wednesday and corporate fast will be on February 7.  Abstain from all food until the Fello
