The ALCC Men's Breakfast is this Saturday, April 6, at 8:30 AM in the Fellowship Hall.  While you're here, be sure to purchase your tickets for the BBQ Fundraiser:



On Monday, April 8, we will experience a Total Solar Eclipse in our area.  Be sure to take proper precautions when viewing the eclipse and/or driving during the eclipse.  You might also watch out for unusual natural phenomena with weather and animals during the totality.  For more information, here is a link to the Indiana Government Website.


Wednesday, April 10, is our monthly Young at Heart Bible Study at 10 AM.  Light refreshments will be served as you dig into God's Word with Pastor Mark.


Next Thursday, April 11, the Ladies' Prayer Group meets in the ALCC Prayer Room at 9:30 AM.


Mark your calendars now, on Friday April 12, we'll have an ALCC Work Day.  Pastor Johnathan is getting some teams together to clean out the attic, the garage, and maybe even some closets.  If you like to organize, sort, or just have the ability to carry stuff to the dumpster we can use your help! See Johnathan to volunteer.

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday!
