Help our teens raise funds for camp! This Saturday, May 11, there will be a Youth Yard Sale in the Fellowship Hall.  Donations for the sale will be taken today, May 9, until 4 PM, and again tomorrow, May 10, after 2 PM.  If you need to come a different time, contact Angel.  Then on Saturday the yard sale will open at 8 AM. Come see what treasures you can buy!

This Sunday, May 12, is Mother's Day!  As we celebrate all the wonderful moms at ALCC, we will have all kids in service for worship time and special blessing.  Afterwards, elementary age kids will be escorted to Kids Church and our Pre-K kiddos can be dropped off at their classrooms.

Last Sunday we collected our Legacy Capital Campaign commitment cards.  If you weren't here or weren't ready to make your pledge, you can do so this coming Sunday or you can use our digital commitment card.  If you have any questions about the Legacy Campaign, pick up a Case Statement flyer at the information table at the back of the sanctuary, or contact the church office and schedule a time to meet with Pastor Troy. He'd love to expound on his vision for ALCC.

Scuba VBS is just a little over 3 weeks away!  But there is still plenty of time to register - both volunteers and participants!  You can do both HERE or at the VBS table at the back of the sanctuary.  Also, make plans to come help Belinda as she works her magic creating all the pieces to create the backdrop for our underwater fun.  We'll have décor work days all the Saturdays leading up to the big event.   Work days last from 10 AM until 2 PM.  Also, if you plan to help at VBS we ask you to to attend one of our two Volunteer Meetings on May 25 or 26 in the Fellowship Hall at 4 PM.

The ALCC Annual Business Meeting has been rescheduled for this coming Wednesday, May 15.  All ALCC Members are encouraged to attend. If you are not able to attend, contact Kim Forston to receive absentee ballots.

Next Thursday, May 16, the Ladies' Prayer Group meets at 9:30 AM in the ALCC Prayer Room.  All women are welcome to attend this time of focused prayer.
