  We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and we hope to see you Sunday as we kick off the month of December! This Sunday evening is the Newburgh Holiday Light Parade . ALCC will once again have a Bethlehem float in the parade, so come out and support our church and community. Bethlehem Revisited is just a little over a week away! So, this coming Tuesday, December 3, we will have a Bethlehem Rehearsal .  All volunteers are asked to meet in the sanctuary at 6:30 PM.  Our directors will go over any last minute details before handing out costumes and putting finishing touches on our town.  If you are signed up to help, please make every effort to attend. Please note, due to the Bethlehem rehearsal, there will NOT be a Remnant meeting that night.  The group will only meet at ALCC on December 17.

Our favorite sermon series, "At the Movies" , concludes this Sunday with the classic flic National Treasure .  You won't want to miss it!  Monday, November 25, the Ladies' Book Club meets for the last time in 2024.  Join them at Jalisco at 6 PM for a fun time and get a list of books to read over the holidays. Join us for the Lunchtime Prayer on Tuesday, November 26, from 12 until 1 PM. Thursday, November 28, is Thanksgiving .  We hope you'll have a wonderful day full of family, friends and food!  Remember the church office will be closed. Ladies, don't miss the Sister Co. At the Movies continues this Sunday with the movie, Unsung Hero , a Christian drama film based on a true story. Invite your friends and family to join us! Remember, due to copyright laws, we cannot live-steam these messages, so you must be present to enjoy this sermon series. The Tuesday Lunchtime Prayer hour will be available November 19 to all who can attend between 12 PM and 1 PM in the sanctuary. The Remnant men's group also meets on Tuesday at 6:30 PM at ALCC. Wednesday, November 20, the Young at Heart group will meet for a Bible Study at 10 AM with lunch afterwards. The Ladies' Prayer Group meets on Thursday, November 21, at 9:30 AM in the ALCC Prayer Room.  Ladies, it's that time of year again!  The Sister Co. This Saturday, November 9, is the Men's Breakfast at 8:30 AM in the Fellowship Hall.  Bring your gloves and tools, because afterwards we'll be finishing up the construction on our town of Bethlehem. At the Movies continues every Sunday in November.  Invite friends and family to join you this Sunday for The Boys in the Boat and a message on Teamwork.  Remember, we cannot live-stream our sermons with movie clips, so you must be present to enjoy this sermon series... and the popcorn!
