As January comes to a close, here is a look at all we have coming up in February: Be at ALCC Sunday to hear Pastor Troy's next message in his sermon series: Great God .  If you missed any previous messages find the video podcast at alccn.org . The Right to Life Diaper Drive begins this Sunday.  Collection boxes will be available in the main church foyer and by the overhang doors off of the Fellowship Hall.  Bring your diapers with you when you come to church, or drop them off during office hours, M-Th, 8 AM - 4 PM. Tuesday, February 4, the Remnant Men's Bible study meets at 6:30 PM. Then on Saturday, February 8, the men will gather again for their monthly Men's Breakfast at 8:30 AM. Ladies, save the date for the Sister Co. Galentine's Bunco night on Tuesday, February 11, in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30 PM. Also mark your calendars for the Marriage Conference coming up March 7-9 here at ALCC!  We'll be sharing more details in the weeks to come...

Join us Sunday as Pastor continues his sermon series Great God . If you missed last week's message, you can find the  video podcast on our website, alccn.org . Don't forget to grab your 2024 Contribution Statements !  They're available in the foyer, either on Sunday, or during office hours.  Of course we will mail them later next week, but it saves us the cost of a stamp if you can pick yours up. The Ladies' Book Club meets at 6 PM on Monday, January 27, at Jalisco in Newburgh. Our Tuesday Lunchtime Prayer continues on January 28.  Meet in the sanctuary between 12:00 and 1:00 PM.  Come when you can for as long as you can. Coming up next month: We will once again be partnering with Southwest Indiana Right to Life with their annual Diaper Drive .  During the month of February we will collect diapers and pull-ups to be distributed to pro-life organizations in our community.  Pick up a package on your next trip to the grocery and drop them off at ALCC...

The weather shows NO snow or ice in the forecast for the next week! Let's get back to our normally scheduled activities!! Sunday, come hear Pastor Troy's new sermon series: Great God - the Attributes of the Father . Life Groups that meet on the 1st and 3rd weeks, start this Sunday.  If you are not part of a Life Group, pick up a list of groups at the Hospitality Desk in the foyer.  Any of the leaders on the list would love to speak with you about their group.  Next week we will finally resume our Tuesday Lunchtime Prayer from noon until 1 PM.  Come when you can and stay as long as you can as we gather in the sanctuary for prayer. The Ladies' Prayer Group will meet again next Thursday at 9:30 AM in the ALCC Prayer Room. We hope all our ALCC family has been able to keep warm and has power restored to their homes!  Looks like we are in for some more winter weather tomorrow, so be watching for a text, email, or social media post to know if any of our upcoming events need to be canceled or postponed. No canceling this event, today is Pastor Mark's birthday ! Be sure to tell him Happy Birthday! Our Week of Prayer and Fasting continues until Sunday.  As of right now, the Prayer & Praise Service for this Saturday is still on.  We'll gather in the sanctuary 9-10 AM.  This could definitely change, if so we'll send out a text/email. Life Groups are scheduled to begin this Sunday, January 12, at 5:30 PM for those who meet on the 2nd & 4th Sundays, and kids programs at the church will resume as well.  Contact group leaders to know which Sundays they meet.  Again, this is subject to change for all or for some groups.  Be sure to check with your group before heading out!...

  We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and are now ready to take on 2025!  As we all get back into the a regular routine again, here is what we have going on at ALCC... Join us Sunday, January 5 , in person (and also online) at 9:00 or 10:45 AM.  Pastor has a special message for us as we begin not only a new year, but also as we prepare for a Week of Prayer and Fasting .  Starting January 6, we will join Assembly of God churches worldwide in a time of fasting and prayer.  We at ALCC will fast one meal a day (or more if God leads you) and spend that time in prayer.  The church will also be open from 6-7 AM for you to come and pray. Tuesday, January 7, we will resume our Lunchtime Prayer from noon until 1 PM.  We encourage you to come when you can for as long as you can, especially during our week of Prayer and Fasting.
