Tomorrow is August 1st, so here's a look at what we have coming up: Note the events coming up right away: ALCC Kids Family Fun Night is this Sunday. Don't miss the fun for families with kids in ALCC Pre-K and ALCC Kids. Our team will be at the Potter's Wheel in Evansville on Tuesday.  Anyone is welcome to join them. If you're not helping at Potter's Wheel, why not join us for Tuesday Prayer ? We meet in the sanctuary from noon until 1 PM. The Remnant men's bible study also meets on Tuesday at ALCC. Area Schools Start this coming week!  Pray for the students and faculty as they return and watch out for school buses! Pastor Angel is holding an ALCC Youth Parent Meeting on Wednesday, August 6.  This will be an opportunity for Pastor Angel to share the mission and vision of the youth, as well as, upcoming events and ways for students to get involved.  This will be a great opportunity to get to know Pastor Angel and other parents.   The Conquerors' Quartet is holding a concert at ALCC this Saturday, doors open at 5 PM, concert begins at 6 PM. The Ladies' Book Club meets at 6 PM on Monday, July 28, at Jalisco in Newburgh. Any Tuesday you can join our team at Potter's Wheel in Evansville from 11 AM until 1 PM as they serve the people of our community. Join us for Tuesday Prayer on July 29 from 12 PM until 1 PM in the sanctuary.  Come when you can for as long as you can for this time of corporate prayer. Also on July 29 is the 5th Tuesday Men's Prayer at 6:30 PM at ALCC. A new semester of Life Groups is starting up in August!  If you'd like to sign up for a group, use this online FORM .  You can also find lists of groups, leaders and locations at the Hospitably Desk in the foyer and posted on the Small Group board at the back overhang entry. Hope you are having a great week and are able to stay cool and safe with the weather we're having - "It's hot, Don!" Just a few things coming up on our calendar next week: Join us for Tuesday Prayer on July 22, from 12 PM until 1 PM.  Meet in the sanctuary for a time of personal prayer and corporate prayer. As always, a group from ALCC will be serving lunch at the Diner of  Potter's Wheel .  If you'd like to help serve the needy of our area, arrive before 11 AM at their facility at 333 Jefferson Avenue in Evansville. The Ladies' Prayer Group meets again next Thursday, July 24, at 9:30 AM in the ALCC Prayer Room. Help our team as they minister to the residents of Wyndmoor Assisted Living next Thursday at 1:15 PM.  Wyndmoor is located at 6521 Greendale Drive in Evansville. Hope you are enjoying your summer.  There is still plenty of time to relax before the hustle and bustle of back-to-school hits us next month!   We only have a few things coming up next week. On July 13, at 12 PM join us in the sanctuary for our Tuesday Prayer time. Also on Tuesday, The Remnant men's group meets at 6:30 PM Thursday, July 18, the Ladies' Prayer Group meets at 9:30 AM in the ALCC Prayer Room We do have some other events coming up soon: The Conquerors Quartet  will be preforming at ALCC on Saturday, July 26. Life Groups begin in August! If you're already part of a Life Group, contact your leader to see when you're group will begin meeting.  If you'd like more information on joining a group, complete this FORM and someone will contact you. You can also share this link with someone you know who's interested in finding a group!  

We hope you and your family have a wonderful and safe 4th of July weekend!  We are in "those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer", so there is not much going on at ALCC except some of our usual events: A team from ALCC serves at the Potter's Wheel in Evansville every Tuesday from 11 AM until 1 PM.  Anyone is welcome to join them as they serve the needy of our community. Every Tuesday in July we have Lunchtime Prayer from 12 to 1 PM.  Gather with us during your lunch hour for a time of corporate prayer.  Come when you can for as long as you can.
