Hope you are having a great week and are ready for some summertime temps this weekend! Join us Sunday as we welcome guest missionary, Nathan Turney.   Nathan and his wife, Lisa, are missionaries to New Zealand.  They are working to reach the lost and establish a community of vibrant Christ followers through an international church plant in Auckland.  With over 1.6 million ethnically diverse residents, Auckland is the largest city in New Zealand.  Fifty percent of the nearly 5 million residents of New Zealand reject religious connections of any kind, and world religions such as Islam and Hinduism are on the rise.  A spirit-filled church plant in Auckland would not only affect New Zealand but would also reach many other nations with the truth and power of the gospel. You will hear more of how God is moving in Auckland and how you can help Sunday morning. This past Sunday, Pastor Troy took a break from Acts for a special Mother's Day message from Psalm 118: Overwhelmed to Overflowing .  You can find a recording of the live-stream on our YouTube channel for this encouraging word that applies to everyone! Sunday we will return to Pastor Troy's series, ACTS - Power for the Last Days .  Join us at either 9 or 10:45 AM. This Sunday, May 9th, is Mother's Day!  I guarantee that you either are a mom, know a mom, or have a mom - so let's celebrate all moms this weekend!  Let's remember the moms who have gone before us, think of the moms who will come in the future, help the moms who are in the middle of it and honor the Spiritual moms who pour into our lives every week!! Pastor Troy will have a special encouraging message this Sunday for all the women in our congregation - and I'm sure it will bless the men as well!  PT will resume the study of Acts next week, so now's a great time to get caught up if you've missed any.  Remember, the recordings of our live-stream can always be found on our YouTube channel. This Sunday we will also kick off the big push for VBS.  Check out the VBS table in the back of the sanctuary to register kids/grandkids, pick up resources to invite others, grab a prayer card to remember to pray for this event, volunteer to help, or pick up a list of items we
