This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday! Also, this Sunday is Celebration (with Friends) Sunday !  Invite your friends to join us for this

Guys, don't forget the Men's Golf Scramble this Saturday, October 21.  The teams have been made, so if you told Bill Partridge you were coming, please be there.  The scramble begins at 11 AM at The Bridges Golf Course of Henderson .  If you have not spoken with Bill, please let him know if you plan to attend. The Ladies' Book Club meets on Monday, October 23, at 6 PM.  Join this group at Archie & Clyde's in Newburgh to learn about some good books to read. Next Wednesday, October 25, is the Young at Heart Luncheon .  Anyone 50 and over is welcome to join Pastor Mark & Lisa in the Fellowship Hall at 11 AM for a good time and some great food. The Ladies' Prayer Group meets next Thursday, October 26, at 9:30 AM in the ALCC Prayer Room. The leaves are turning, the nights are crisp, the days are getting shorter, and Christmas music is coming from Pastor Troy's office...   Happy Fall, all!   Here is what we having coming up on the ALCC Calendar: Next Tuesday, October 17, The Remnant men's bible study meets at 6:30 PM at ALCC. The Ladies' Prayer Group meets Thursday, October 19, at 9:30 AM in the ALCC Prayer Room. The Men's Ministry Golf Scramble is coming up next Saturday, October 21.  The scramble will be held a The Bridges Golf Course of Henderson at 11 AM. The OCC Packing Party will be here soon.  If you plan to donate items, please do so no later than Sunday, October 22.  Then make plans to come and help fill the boxes at the Packing Party. Pastor Appreciation is all month long at ALCC.  We're making it easy for you by receiving an offering for our pastors to bless each of them at the end of the month.  You can mark your offering "Pastor Appreciation" or if you give online choose &

  This year we will once again be accepting monetary gifts for  Pastor Appreciation  in the offering.  Any time this month you can give toward Pastor Appreciation; all that is received will then be divided up among our pastors.  You can give in the Sunday offering, online or by text.  Be watching for an email for more information! This Saturday, October 7, the Men's Ministry will hold it's monthly Men's Breakfast .  All men are welcome to come for a great meal and some time with the guys.  The breakfast will be in the Fellowship Hall at 8:30 AM. The church office is NOT closed for Columbus Day on Monday.  If you need us, we'll be here!
