 Sunday is September 1st so here's the calendar for the month: Note the things coming up next week: Monday is Labor Day .  The church office will be closed. Tuesday is Pastor Troy's Birthday .  He may be on sabbatical, but you could send him a card. The Remnant men's bible study also meets this coming Tuesday at ALCC. We have First Wednesday next week too.  Join us for a meal starting at 5:15 PM and then a Praise & Prayer service at 6:30 PM. Ladies, don't forget to sign up for the Vital Women's Conference coming up the end of September.  There is a sign up sheet at the Hospitality Desk in the foyer. Have a great Labor Day Weekend!!

Monday night, August 26, the Ladies' Book Club meets at Jalisco at 6:00 PM.  This group is open to women of all ages that have a love of reading.  For more information, see Michelle Miller. Tuesday night, August 27, is ... Sister Co. is hosting a bunco night celebrating... YOU!!  Birthday bunco is a fun way to roll the dice and blow out the candles all in one.  The fun starts at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall. One last thing just for the ladies, is the Vital Conference coming up September 27 & 28.  The cost of the conference is $65 plus your share of a hotel room.  If you'd like to attend, sign up at the Hospitality Desk in the foyer. There are a couple things coming up for the boys.  The Royal Rangers Campout has been rescheduled for Friday, September 13.  All the details from before are the same, except the next morning, the campers will join the Men's Breakfast in the Fellowship Hall at 8:30 AM before heading home.

This Sunday, Pastor Tyler and Mackenzie continue with their Revival sermon series.   Happy Anniversary to Pastor Mark & Lisa  on Monday, August 19.  Send them well wishes by card, text, call, or social media post. Monday is also the funeral for Dan Kunce .  Visitation will be from 11 AM to 1 PM, with the service at 1 PM.  Both will be at Boone Funeral Home in Evansville.  Please keep the family in your prayers. Tuesday, August 20, T he Remnant men's Bible study meets at ALCC at 6:30 PM. All you over 50, be sure to join the fun on Wednesday, August 21, at the Young at Heart Luncheon in the Fellowship Hall at 11 AM.  There will be music, a good word, some great food and even better friends! The Ladies Prayer Group meets again on Thursday, August 22, at 9:30 AM in the ALCC Prayer Room. Ladies, mark your calendars for the Sister Co. ALCC Life Groups and kids' programs start up this Sunday night!  If you're looking for a group, pick up a list at the hospitality desk in the foyer.  You may need to contact the group leaders to see if they meet 1st and 3rd or 2nd and 4th Sundays. Next Wednesday at ALCC Youth is Z Night - Color War .  All middle and high schoolers won't want to miss this fun night with free food and paint war.  Youth are encouraged to wear white, bring a towel and invite their friends.  New month, new things coming up... Tomorrow night is the father-son Camp-Out for the Royal Rangers.  Meet behind the GZ building at 6 PM with your camping and fishing gear.  Don't forget the bug spray!! Sunday night, meet at The Altar Come early to enjoy some coffee and visit with others!
