June 27, 2024

Our teens head to Youth Camp this Saturday, June 29.  Be praying for the students as they head to Hartford City to grow in their walk with Christ. For more details about drop off, pick up, packing, etc. see Pastor Angel.


This Sunday is Celebration Sunday! Join us as we celebrate all God is doing at Abundant Life with water baptisms, testimonies, and communion.  If you'd like to be baptized or know some one who does, call the church office today.


Also this Sunday, June 30, ALCC Kids is hosting a Family Outing at Elite Air in Evansville.  Bring the whole family (not a drop off event) for some trampoline fun from 6:30 until 7:30 PM.  Arrive early to sign waivers and get your socks so you can jump for the full hour.


A new month begins on Monday, so here is the July Calendar:


July is a slower month at ALCC so enjoy free time with family and friends!  Note the events coming up next week:

  • The Remnant men's Bible study is Tuesday at 6:30 PM
  • The 4th of July is next Thursday so the church office will be closed

We have nothing on the calendar for the rest of January, so here's a look at what's coming up in February: Make plans to join us for the ALCC Marriage Conference February 2-4.  If you know a couple that would be blessed by this conference, feel free to invite them even if they attend another church!  We want this to be a benefit to our community.

October 26, 2023

This Friday, October 27, is the Operation Christmas Child Packing Party .  Bring the whole family and join us in the Groundzero building at 6:30 PM to help fill our boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items and more!   We've been recognizing our pastors this month on social media, we've collected a few cards and notes, and this Sunday will be the last day we'll receive a special offering to bless our pastors and their wives.  If you haven't given yet you can do so by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation" when you give cash or a check in the offering.  You can also choose "Pastor Appreciation" from the fund drop down menu if you give online . This Sunday, October 29th is  Lisa Short's Birthday .  You still have a little time to send her a card or  you can send her a text or even post something on social media wishing her a happy birthday!
