It's the start of a new month again, so here is the calendar of events:

Note the events coming up soon:

• The Men's Breakfast is this Saturday, May 3, at 8:30 AM in the Fellowship Hall
• The Remnant men's group meets on Tuesday, May 6, at 6:30 PM
• First Wednesday fellowship meal and Praise & Prayer service are on May 7
• Ladies' Prayer meets next Thursday, May 8, at 9:30 AM

Next Sunday, May 11, is Mother's Day.  At ALCC we want to celebrate all the moms in our lives - past, present, future, and spiritual!  Invite the moms in your life to join us - or if you are a mom, invite your children to join you. Also, if you'd like to have your baby dedicated in either service, contact the church office.

VBS 2025 is just a little over a month away!  Now's the time to volunteer to help.  Stop by the table at the back of the sanctuary to sign up, or you can sign up online HERE.  You can also help work on the True North stage decor with Belinda Britton and her team.  There will be a work day this Saturday, from 10:30 AM until 2 PM.  Come ready to paint or make rocks.  You can help for part or all of that time.  There are also work days every Monday and Wednesday.
