July 2, 2026

We've begun a new month, it's a slow one at ALCC, but here's a few things we have coming up this month:

We hope everyone has a fun and safe Independence Day weekend!  As we celebrate 250 years of freedom, we will continue the festivities on Sunday with one service at 10 am followed by a picnic on the Legacy House lawn.  Join us for worship, food, and lots of fun!

On Tuesday, July 7, we'll have our usual events: Potter's Wheel at 11 am, Prayer at 12 pm, and the Remnant at 6:30 pm.

Thursday, July 9, our team will lead a Bible study for the residents of Wyndmoor in Evansville.  All are welcome to join at 1:15 pm.

Plan to stay after service on Sunday, July 12, for a Hispanic culinary tour!  The members of the Spanish  Church are hosting a fundraiser and will be serving authentic foods from several different countries.  All proceeds will go towards upgrades to the Spanish Church facilities.

Not on the calendar above is Operation Christmas Child - Christmas in July!  Let's start collecting items now for our shoe boxes. Donations boxes are available in the front lobby and at the overhang doors.  This month when school supplies are out and on sale, pick some up and bring them to church.  We can also use toothbrushes, combs, brushes, washcloths, and other hygiene items.  For more ideas visit the OCC website.
