October 15, 2026

This Saturday is the Men's Golf Scramble at The Bridges Golf Course of Henderson.  If you signed up, meet at the course ready to play no later than 10:30 am.

At the Movies sermon series continues this Sunday with the film, The Terminal.  There are only two weeks left to invite your friends.  Remember, we can not live stream these services so you must be here in person for both the message and the popcorn!

This Sunday, October 18, we will celebrate Pastor Appreciation by receiving a special offering to bless our pastors.  You can give in person by marking your envelope "Pastor Appreciation", you can give online by selecting Pastor Appreciation from the fund drop down menu, or you can text the amount you'd like to give with the word 'Pastors' to 812-205-2623. In addition to this offering, you can bring in a note, card or other token of appreciation for the pastors and leave them at the table in the back of the sanctuary.

Next week we have a few ways for you to get involved at ALCC:

• As always, there is an opportunity to serve with our team at the Potter's Wheel in Evansville from 11 am until 1 pm on Tuesday

• The Remnant men's group will meet at ALCC on Tuesday at 6:30 pm

•  On Thursday, you can join our team at Wyndmoor as they minister to the residents at 1:15 pm

You should have received an email about Operation Christmas Child this week, but in case you missed it, we are less than a month from our Packing Party on November 13.  We need lots of donations so we can fill those boxes. For suggestions of things to donate, pick up an ornament on our Christmas trees in the front lobby and back entrance at church.  All donations need to be in the red collection boxes by October 31.
